    Wow this phone really makes me sound like I have no brains!!!!! Lol babies bean.....really!!!! And studded shell's....omg!!! Should have said stuffed shells! Boy these smart phone are not really all that smart (then again it could be user error lol)!!!

    Raesmom, I had to LOL at your post. It took me a full 5 minutes to figure out it was BAKED beans and not babies and beans. Hahahahahaha ;) I did get the "studded" shells. It must be all of, what, 75 or 80 degrees up there? But, I do remember what NY summers are like with no central air or even a window unit.

    Oh no jdouglas!!!!!!! If I were home my oven would totally be available for you!!!!! Payment would be a few cookies lol I hope you get it fixed soon.

    I'm copying coupon4me tonight and making pulled bbq chicken with babies beans and corn on the cob for dinner at moms house. We were going to do studded shell's........but it's "too HOT" to turn on the oven.....these buffalo ppl make me laugh lol enjoy the weather!!!

    I haven't decided where I'll be eating dinner tonight. I'll use one of my birthday coupons to go out by myself but I just have to pick which restaurant I want to visit.

    JDouglas, sorry to hear about your oven :( I went a summer without one and it made me get creative with stove top meals. Tonight is meat sauce out of the freezer. I have a piece of baguette left from last night, so may do French bread pizza; otherwise some ravioli in the freezer will get used up !

    Boo! Y'all know not to look for me this early! LOL We have a busy day today and had to get up at o'dark thirty (or at least our version of it).

    The oven died last night in the middle of baking the first pan of my oatmeal cookies. Think I was getting a message? I may be making an SOS call to borrow an oven since I'm also out of freezer space for the cookie dough. In any case, I will need to be a bit creative with menus until it's fixed because I use the oven almost daily. Raesmom, I know you know what I'm talking about!

    Tonight is tortellini antipasto salad with dry salami, artichoke hearts, olives, roasted red peppers, red basil, and other stuff I can't think of just yet.

    Tonight we are having ginger teriyaki tofu, stir fry veggies, rice.

    coupon4me - I love broccoli slaw and it has been way too long since I have made it. Do you do the ramen noodle recipe or a different one?

    Ascherer - here's the info on the shrimp salad from your question yesterday. I did not respond until late last night so you may have missed it. For the shrimp salad, I use a very simple recipe of cooked cold shrimp (peeled and deveined), light mayo, chopped celery, garlic powder and McCormick perfect pinch salad seasoning (it's the same seasoning I use for pasta salad as well). Mix it all together and let it sit in fridge so the flavors can really gel for a few hours.
