Meredith, you're very welcome. That's great to hear that your showings are going so well!

Coupon4me, enjoy your 1:1 time with your Mom. Those are very special.

I think I might actually get to cook out tonight! :) Not sure what I can pull from the freezer that will defrost quick enough except maybe burgers or boneless chicken. I think DW is probably tired of chicken at this point since we've had it for the last two nights.

Tomorrow is looking nice weather-wise as well, so maybe tonight we'll have spaghetti tonight and I'll pull a London broil from the freezer today and throw it into a marinade to grill tomorrow.

As long as we can get in our house to cook tonight we will be having foil packet dinners. We're using philly steak beef with potatoes, squash, zucchini, peppers, onions, carrots and mushrooms. We'll make a couple extras for lunches later in the week. We're also having grilled peaches for dessert drizzled with honey.

JDouglas, thank you for the tips yesterday! One of the houses we looked at over the weekend left us cinnamon rolls with a nice note that my husband enjoyed. So far we've had so many showings that there hasn't been time to go home between them even for 15 minutes to bake cookies. It's definitely a busy market right now!

coupon4me - how fun! Have a great time with your mom and enjoy your delicious lunch.

Speaking of lunch - today I'm having scrambled eggs (.99/dozen at Walgreens this week) with sauteed spinach and mushrooms and topped with salsa.

I made pulled bbq pork in the slow cooker on Sunday that I'll be having for lunch with cucumber slices and chips. That's what my family will be having for dinner while I enjoy a night out with my mom :)
