Observant, can I come for dinner? That sounds perfect! Especially the bread. I might have to unearth some bread from the freezer. :)

I have no idea what I'm making tonight. We spent all day yesterday at the fair eating fair food. I have a pound of thawed ground beef in the fridge so I'll find something to do with that......

It's a mixed bag here-making italian sausages (HT 10 for $10 pkg bought a while back and froze half), will mix some in the yellow Mahatma rice for my daughter to take to a function, the other links we will have on rolls with rice and a yet to be determined veggie.

I picked up another $0.89/lb chicken today at HT, so we'll have that and freeze the leftovers for soup, baked potatoes, and an arugula salad with pomegranate, oranges, and apples.

Homemade chicken noodle soup using up the last of the roast chicken I made yesterday, broth from the carcass, egg noodles. Grilled cheese paninis with it.

Over the weekend my sister made a wonderful lasagna...and had tons of sauce leftover...I was able to snag the sauce. So I am going to fix some penne pasta and pour her delicious sauce all over!!! YAY!!!
