Lol ascherer I try is too short to sit around so serious all the helps to have a crazy dad who taught me never to take myself too seriously and a hilarious kid (in my humble opinion).

Raesmom - you always make me laugh with your post. You can find humor in anything, can't you?

And see I ran outta space before I can say thank you to the coupon fairy who left the $1/10 Yoplait q's and the $1/4 yo crunch singles. DH has been on this HUGE yogurt kick lately (2-3 cups a day with granola) and being able to get 30 yogurt cups plus 8 of the yo crunch yogurts home for him was awesome. You definitely helped us out. May the coupon gods be ever in your favor :)

I am laughing out loud at the 1000 character problem we all seem to have lol.

Tonight dinner was quick simple easy spaghetti with meat sauce. I walked in from work today to find Rae and DH painting the hallway (well mainly DH, Rae was painting herself lol) which I figured he would be doing this week so I immediately turned right around and ran to HT for my one and only SD trip. I think I did pretty good given the fact that I got lots of mears and fresh fruits. Before evics and q's it was $210 after I paid $139!! I'm a happy camper :)

On a different note, going to the HT on Oberlin near NC can definitely tell class is back in session!! I had to drive around the parking lot 3 times before I found a parking and then on the inside all I saw were pairs of college kids filling there carts with ramen noodles, cereal and frozen dinners......ahhhh college........those were the days. Glad they are over for me!! Good luck heading to that HT anytime soon y'all.

Granoftwenty - yes that was us. It was good. I'll have to get DH to tell me again how he made them.

ASHCERER - Are you the one who tried barbequed pork in the enchiladas or quesadillas a few weeks ago??
We recently pulled pork barbeque on nachos - it is SO GOOD !!
I am looking forward to it again soon .

Yep I talk to myself - it the only time no one argues !
I know all of you are aware I can not type a short post - I wind up running out of letters and having to start over ALL the time . LOL

RFB and Ascherer - lol! Glad to know that I'm not the only one who has problems with the 1000 character limit!

RFB, the tomatoes were so good. Just halved and roasted then at 450 with a little evoo and sea salt. Cooled them, cooked down the liquid they gave off, and then ran through the food processor. Ridiculously easy for a canning type project. And the kitchen was only mildly trashed.

Granoftwenty - so glad I didn't offend. :) I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Ascherer, that is so funny how your friend phrased her question about pork. All I could think of was the pig head I literally came face to face with in the ethnic grocery stores years ago up north. I've learned to wear my glasses now when food shopping! LOL

No clue what is for dinner. DH has a meeting. I have leftover chicken enchiladas and some homemade BBQ that a friend gave us. She asked if we like pig. Both of us just sat there nodding our heads. Yep, we like pig.

Jdouglas and RFB - I have the same problem. I think it is because we care on conversions with each other. :-)

JDOUGLAS13 - lol no way you offended me !!
I know you were only offering suggestions to help me which I dearly appreciate !!
Thanks for the explanation - cool !
I will email you soon thank you for the offer !!
My last batch of starter was missing from my fridge a few weeks ago ( I think the little kind fridge dairies may have tossed it when cleaning my fridge ??) so I needed new and decided to make it .Waited because my oven does not turn on if temperatures are above 80 LOL !
I think it was the location change - I had to move the starter to bake cookies in the oven and it had to sit out while the oven cooled .
it was used to dark, quiet and no drafts in the oven - then it got light & noisy in the busy in the kitchen that day - I think I SHOCKED it ! LOL
