Hmmm, Jdouglas - since tofu is on my menu for tomorrow, I am sure you would love to eat at my house! lololol

Sorry you have not been in a cooking mood. I have that same mood a lot these days but the little people insist on eating EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! It's crazy.

I've been in an anti-cooking mood for a while, but IF I ever do get up and make dinner tonight, the plan is meatloaf and whatever else I can scrounge up that takes the minimum of effort to cook.

Please someone have us over for dinner! LOL ;)

Sure Cdavismk1~I have 2 different ones. First one is a can of cream of chicken soup which I add milk to and season up with adobo and whatever I have on hand (onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, parsley italian seasoning etc) and I pour it over raw chicken. Today I am using chicken thighs with no skin. Throw it in the oven for 30-45 mins at 350 and done.

Second recipe (which is my FAV!!) is as follows. Place 3 chicken breast in the slow cooker, take a packet of italian dressing and mix with 1 quarter cup of water in a seperat bowl and pour it over the chicken breast. Cook on low for 5 hours. After 5 hours, drain a little bit of the water that the chicken produced (I always put the chicken in frozen solid) add one 8 oz tube of cream cheese and one can of cream of chicken soup to the crock pot and shred the chicken. This can be served over rice or egg noodles

    Hope that helps :)

Dinner for me will be a turkey sandwich with lettuce and mayo and corn on the cob. My last "single" meal before hubby is home for his two weeks. Would love to know your recipe for Creamy Chicken, Raesmom.

raesmom1612 - I have seen the MCCormick's Perfect Pinch Rotisserie seasoning at the HT in Cary on Tryon and Walnut. It is also listed on their Express Lane for that store here:
