    Thanks Ascherer and Faye :)

We were all so exhausted (both us and the Naughty Twins after their Great Boarding Adventure), that we laid down with the intention of a quick 30 minute nap, and it turned into 3 hours. Still don't know if there's any bread in the freezer. LOL If not, we have many, many eggs with a fairly recent expiration date on them.

Lasagna sounds really good! I may have to make that tomorrow since I have all the fixings in the house. Of course, when have I ever said no to pasta.

teecee - nice job batch cooking! My beef stew barely feed us tonight. There was a lot less meat in the package than I realized when I took it out to thaw so no leftovers for us tomorrow.

    ASHERER lol
I saw several buggies with Stouffers family sized ones in recent days - I got the desire for one when I started my homemade sauce cooking this morning .
I wound up making two !
I have a whole one to freeze for later ; we will do one more meal from the one from tonight (probably Friday night ) then freeze the rest in 2 person portions for quick dinners !
Love meals I can stretch !!!!

Believe it or not but dinner at my BiL's house was lasagna, garlic bread and a salad.

Nice as a hot meal sounds on this cold day, we just flew back in today from my Dad's and are too beat to cook. So, tuna sandwiches for us. Hope there is some bread in the freezer! :p

Faye - sounds perfect for this chilly day !
Thinking spaghetti or lasagna here - my sauce is in slow cooker so options exist .
