RFB-so glad you are getting a pressure cooker! what kind did you get? I love mine; makes cooking meats to perfection so easy!

Raesmom - you knew exactly what I meant. I would spend more time on my behind on the ice than on my feet. Actually I have never been ice skating before. Part of the joy of being a Southern girl.

Observant- that brisket DOES sound yummy! Can't wait for my pressure cooker to arrive. Yes, DH bought me one from HSN the other night (it's my Christmas present!!! :-) Love how they let you break up payments. I'm sure I'll be doing a brisket once it comes, too!

barbiedoll1967 - I am using chicken breast that I cooked in the slow cooker a couple days ago with Italian dressing and lots of garlic and pepper. I sautee the cut veggies, warm up the chicken, put the open rolls on a cookie sheet with a little butter, then top with chicken, veggies and finally provolone cheese. Cook at 450 degrees for just a few minutes until the cheese melts and the bun begins to brown. Serve with options of mayo, tomato slices and lettuce for anyone who wants it. Soooooo yummy!

ascherer - I think I am going to need to video that little ice skating adventure! lol

Hugs to everyone missing their family and homelands! I'm right there with ya!

observant - your brisket sounds amazing! I wish it was not so expensive.

Welcome home JDouglas!! So happy to have you back!!

Like most of you, I am homesick and missing loved ones (human and fur babies). I try to keep telling myself that I carry them in my heart but every now and then you just want a big hug. Some how you never get to old to be homesick.

Raesmom - how about if you and I go ice skating? That might be funny enough that Rae would forget about Frozen on Ice. ;-)

NCgirl16~its killing me that I cant take my baby girl to see Frozen on Ice!! With everything that happen with the momma pup yesterday and trying to still save to "possibly" go home for her bday......we cant afford to pay $60 for the 3 of us to go :( I pray that they will be back next year!!

Raesmom1612 - Did you see the post on Go Ask Mom about tickets to "Frozen on Ice"?
It says the tickets are $15.00 and when you add the Ticketmaster service charges they come to about $21 each.
