Those stir fry recipes look great... and the meatloaf ones! We love meatloaf too, and use ground turkey. And lately we've been doing the mini loaves to get more of a crust!

Jdoulgas- I've never had a shrimp cobb salad... that sounds delicious and I still have a ton of shrimp frozen from past sales.

I've decided to enroll in a 4-week online raw food culinary class starting Monday. It's taught by the most well-known school in the US- YAY! I'm so intrigued by it all... mainly due to the beauty of the dishes, plus the creative techniques. So... I'll still be cooking a lot for my DH, but we'll be eating a lot more raw dishes this month due to the training. Thinking I'll be doing several crock pot dishes between now and then (feeling hungry already) lol! :-)

Nakabi, you are so sweet -- thanks! :) DW was pretty excited actually when I mentioned egg salad sandwiches, and then when I made the coffee cake she we really happy. So, I guess we're good! LOL

Maybe tomorrow we'll have the shrimp scampi. Would you please send me some elephant garlic? ;)

barbiedoll1967 - they are the same thing. Crock Pot is just a brand name. Slow cooker is the generic name for all of them, including Crock Pot slow cookers. I do actually have a Crock Pot slow cooker so I guess I can call it either! lol

losltp-you cook them just like regular green beans, but they do take slightly longer to cook usually.
    barbiedoll-there is no difference.

What is the difference between a crock pot and slow cooker?
