    all those meals sound delicious!

I'm determined to lose the baby weight so I'll be cooking healthy for the next few months. Not depriving myself compeltely, but just trying to balance.
Tonight we will have stuffd sweet peppers with quinoa, low fat cheese, olives, and some other veggies. Side of salad and sweet potato chips.

Raesmom, sooo sorry your AC is still out! :( I am such a heat wimp we would have checked into a hotel by now, cost be danged. And I hear you about being a Mama sandwich at night. I have a very loud snoring Scottie girl who sleeps like the dead. Her favorite place to sleep is hanging over my bad knee.

I think tonight is going to be macaroni and tuna fish salad. Sliced tomatoes with lemon juice, evoo, and a little chopped basil. Good for a hot night. Last night was spaghetti and sausage.

RFB, your lemon zucchini pasta sounds really good! Lovely combo of flavors.
