nakabi - the wraps sounds great and it is wonderful that Fiona wanted to help you make them!

Our beef eye of round roast was delicious. I coated it with McCormicks Montreal Steak Seasoning, pepper and additional garlic powder and cooked it in the oven. Then my oldest daughter made us a cake!

Update on the letuce wraps...they were so good and my little Fiona was thrilled to help me make them! The hot and sour soup wad delicious and spicy, just like we like it. Next time will make a double batch to freeze since it was more work than I remembered lol

Raesmom - you need to wear a Hazmat suit until hubby is better so you don't get it. You can still eat cupcakes in a Hazmat suit, I think. :-)

carelesswhisper - great idea on the banana cake. I have 2 very ripe bananas that may also become banana cake or bread this evening.

Glad Rae is feeling better Raesmom!

My 2 year old requested lettuce wraps so I'll be making lettuce wraps filled with chicken & rice noodles. Dip them in some sweet chilli sauce. We will have hot and sour soup to go with them.

I may bake something also. A banana cake would be good. A have a few bananas that are barely clinging to life.

prisskat - I so agree about baking when the cold weather hits and we are hunkered down with a storm.

Raesmom - So glad Rae is feeling better!
