jdouglas - good luck with the new dentist. That's too funny about the garlic. Guess you had breakfast for dinner.

Oxy, funny you should mention you're swimming in ground beef. We are so low-- down to one lonely burger-- that I'm almost breaking out in hives LOL! I really need a sale soon!

WFR, please tell us what Mississippi pot roast is.

mford, enjoy your birthday cake! I'm still working on mine from Saturday ;) The chicken and dumplings sound yummy. I may steal your idea for one night soon.

For all the asparagus lovers among us, Lowes has them on sale starting tomorrow. Not quite dirt cheap, but cheaper thn I've seen them in a while. $2.49/lb?? Hope they are nice and fresh!

I'm going to a new dentist for the first time tomorrow. I've been wracking my brain all afternoon trying to think of something for dinner that does not involve garlic. Apparently, I cannot cook without garlic because all I came up with was pancakes or french toast. :p

I'm not sure what we're having, but I should decide soon. Tacos, maybe, or burgers. I'm swimming in ground beef at the moment, and I'm not feeling up to cooking off a pork picnic today. Probably make mine a taco salad so I can finish up some lettuce that's going to be past it's prime if I don't get on it.
