    Shrimp tacos, so many good deals on the HT cheese, taco shells, taco seasoning and sour cream. And I have to go no farther than my freezer to do this one. Gotta love those sales

    Kat, your recipe sounds soooo good! I love the addition of leeks, wine, and chicken broth. Yum!

    FWIW, if anyone is making this, it's a great time to break out the immersion blender, if you have one. Otherwise, don't overfill the blender, and make sure you are holding down the top with a folded dish towel. Too full blender + hot liquid can mean a nasty, burning explosion, not to mention a totally trashed kitchen. Voice of experience talking here.
