Sounds like we all got the London broil from HT. We had it with peppers from the garden served over rice.

Baby back ribs (BOGO a while back at HT), sesame fried rice, and green beans. I've given up on finding a bbq sauce that we like, so I've been making it in quantity and freezing individual portions.

I stocked up on sesame seeds that I use for bread baking and sesame rice at Grand Asia in Cary today. A 4-oz bag was $1.50 versus a tiny jar for $3 - $4 at HT and Lowes. I also scored a 15 oz bottle of sesame oil for $5.99.

Since we got that new watermelon the other day, we'd better start eating it! That may be what's for dessert.

We are having meatballs (cheap w/sale and coupons) and spaghetti with cheddar biscuits (mix bought with coupons a while back).

london broil, campbell slow cooker roast packet(HT doubles for free) and baby carrots. We will serve with side of rice.

I love to let my crockpot do the cooking! :)

I am not sure what I am doing with the hamburger since we had cheeseburgers last night, but it will be served with macaroni salad.

I've not tried (or even heard of) the McCormick's mix... can't wait to give it a shot! The salad sounds fantastic. Thanks, Faye!

corbin - thanks for the info on the version of Kraft Recipe makers you tried. We mostly like the green chili enchiladas. The creamy sauce for inside the enchiladas was great. The green chili sauce was ok.

Hi Linda, there is no real recipe- I just throw it together and taste along the way. :-) I add the ingredients listed below including 1 lb pasta (macaroni, rotini, tri color rotini, or shells, usually), 1 red or yellow pepper and 1 green pepper chopped, 1 can black olives sliced, a bunch of grape tomatoes or a whole tomato cut into pieces, and sometimes I split the salad in half and add onion to 1/2. My kids don't like onion in their mac salad but hubby and I do. Then I add enough light mayo to lightly cover (no real measuring here lol) and then plenty of the McCormick's Perfect Pinch Salad Supreme spice mix and mix it all together. The McCormicks spice mix really makes the pasta salad. Then I let it cool in the fridge a few hours before serving. Sometimes I am not in the mood for a mayo mac salad so I use light Italian dressing but everyone likes the mayo version. It's simple and great with sandwiches. You can really add any veggies and meat like chicken cubes, spinach, etc.
