Breakfast for dinner: pancakes and breakfast sausages. I have blueberries to use up, they will either be in the pancakes or in a bowl with whipped cream for dessert.

Zucchini (purchased 3 for $1 from Aldi) and Mueller's whole grain pasta (purchased for free from Harris Teeter during superdoubles). The recipe also includes canned tomatoes, which I need to use up before they expire.

I'm doing a juice fast this week, and need more organic kale and swiss chard. Anyone know who's got the best prices?

We are having clean out the fridge and freezer homemade soup. It includes frozen stewed tomatoes from last years garden, cooked beans from this years garden, stewed beef we had for dinner a few days ago, and the pieces/parts bags of frozen veggies found in the freezer. We will probably have homemade pimiento cheese sandwiches and fresh cantaloupe to go with it.

Birds Eye Voila garlic shrimp and rotini with a side spinach salad. Tuesday nights are always a late work night for me so I need an easy meal to make and clean up.

D2D - your roasted squash with homegrown herbs sounds wonderful!

    Thanks to everyone for sharing!
