Mmmm, Brunswick stew sounds very yummy, brassy!

That is so interesting, ncsugirlie. I may be trying that soon!

Thanks Juanita and jdouglas! Sushi (nothing raw) and Italian ice on the beach AND no dishes = best dinner!

Thanks for the update ncsugirlie-I think I'll put it on my menu for next week.

Lots of great sounding meals tonight! Keeping it very simple here tonight: burgers on the grill, noodles romanoff, lima beans. To my DW's horror, the pups and I really like limas. She won't touch them with a stick. LOL :)

wfmjr81...it actually turned out really good. I put my pork chops on the bottom and covered them with 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce. My pork chops came from Sam's so they were a good thickness. I then put a piece of tin foil over the porkchops and wrapped the corn on the cob and potatoes (seperately) in tin foil and placed them on top of the foil. I cooked it on low for 6 hours and it was ready to serve! Very easy and delicous dinner. You can also do it with steak or chicken from what I've been told.

hot and sour eggplant stirfry with brown rice

  • brassy Jun 12, 2013

Brunswick stew in crock pot with chicken from HT deal last week. I'm thinking eggplant parm tomorrow with the eggplant on sale at lowes. I love eggplant, but my family's getting a lil tired of ratatouille.
