This is a little late and not really planned but tonight's dinner is meatloaf, instant mashed potatoes, and left over peas. Still no clue on tomorrows dinner.

Now that's a good deal on shrimp, tgarrett!

Bought shrimp at FL for $4.99 found rebate from land shark beer ( no beer purchase necessary) near the frozen food. Dinner for 99 cents!

jdouglas - I hear ya on the dogs. My dad only likes Hebrew national 100% beef dogs.

I love sandwich night! So easy and great on hot summer days.

We had sandwich night last night -- ham and swiss with tomato slices on kaiser rolls. It was a nice treat, easy prep, and no cleanup to speak of. I don't know why it's taken me so long to realize that a sandwich for dinner very now and then is okay.

Tonight will be a pasta concoction with either shrimp bought on sale recently or proscuitto I got with a 15% off your next deli purchase coupon from Lowes, and asparagus in the freezer. Thanks for reminding me about the asparagus, Oxy!

My DW loves hot dogs for dinner, especially when I make the rolls, so I think tomorrow night will be hot dogs and potato salad. Faye, I'm stealing your idea for the hot dogs, although she likes Nathan's (NY of course). :)

That sounds good, Oxy! We are having turkey hot dogs on the grill, grilled veggies and maybe mac salad or rice. We are also headed over to the farmer's market in a bit so I plan to find some good veggies for tonight.

I'm going to roast a chicken tonight, from a Lowes sale a month or so back, with some crushed garlic under the skin. I'm going to the farmers market today, so hopefully a delicious veggie will scream "eat me." Otherwise, I still have some asparagus I blanched in the freezer from back when it was under $1.50 at Lowes. Undecided what to do for dinner tomorrow, but I'll figure that out with my husband later today.
