Freezer special tonight. Spaghetti with meat sauce (the sauce is the frozen part), with some bread on the side. Too tired to make a salad tonight.

The pork tenderloin I took out of the freezer (at 4 pm) didn't defrost in time. Big surprise ;) Tomorrow it will be pulled pork over rice with broccoli on the side. I REALLY need to get a crockpot one of these days. Still can't pick which one I want.

BlueDevils, if you ever need any help with how to cook anything, or ideas of what to cook, just give a yell. We're always glad to help. And congrats to you and your DW!

Faye- Yes I got the Moes coupon you posted, great work! I haven't had a chance to grill yet this summer but I am definitely planning on doing it soon, maybe even this weekend. The crockpot recipe sounds delicious. I think I found my dinner for Saturday ;). Thanks for all of your ideas, I have a feeling I will be reading all of your posts for the next few months (years?).

Congrats on the new baby,BlueDevils! Life will get back to normal some day and your wife will feel like cooking again....in about 4 years! ;-)

Moe's sounds like a perfectly reasonable dinner to me! Did you get the free burrito with large drink online deals? Here's the link I posted yesterday:

Do you ever grill chicken, burgers or dogs? Those are easy meals to make, taste great and keep the heat out of the kitchen in the summer. Another easy meal to make is 2 - 3 lbs of chicken breast in the crockpot, 1/2 jar of bbq sauce, pepper and garlic powder to season it and cook on low for 5 - 6 hours. Once it's done (use meat thermometer to check), pull apart and put on rolls for bbq sandwiches. Serve with side of Steamfresh veggies or salad and sweet potato fries. Yum!

Man, I wish I was more of a cook! All of your dinner ideas sound scrumptious. My wife gave birth 3 months ago so needless to say, she is pretty tired and not exactly in the mood to cook. I am assuming kitchen duties, hence the Moes tonight lol. I am thinking about grilling some chicken later this week, or possibly making spaghetti with romaine salad (probably HT bag) and garlic bread (HT store brand).

Carrie - right there with ya! I didn't take out the beef stew meat from the freezer early enough so we are having the homemade pizza scheduled for Friday tonight. I have leftover chicken from last night that I plan to put on the pizza giving it a little more protein. I picked up green leaf lettuce and other veggies yesterday at HT so we'll have a green salad with the pizza.

Teriyaki beef bites with fried rice. Beef bites reduced price meat from a while back. White rice bought in bulk at BJ's. Frozen peas and pearl onions (Kroger) dollar sales. Maybe some apple slices to go with it from Kroger sale last week.

Wednesday night is church night so only 45 minutes between the time I get home from work and the time we have to leave for church. We pass a Moe's on the way to church so I think we will also be taking advantage of the free burritos tonight for supper :)

Free Burrito from Moes Southwest Grill! Buy a large drink and Burrito online or using the mobile app, type in the promo code "500WEB" and the burrito is free! Just pay $1.99 plus tax for the drink. Can't beat that ;)
