I'll be making a teriyaki chicken (Kikkoman marinade free from SD's a while back) and veggie fried rice using cheap rice from FL (the kiosk keeps giving me those .75/1 my essentials rice Q's!) and assorted veggies and eggs from sales.

Tonight we are having a new recipe in the crockpot... Basil and Feta Chicken with couscous

Just dumped in some chicken breasts (frozen), fire roasted tomatoes, chickpeas, basil leaves, salt and pepper, green olives and some feta on top. Cook for 7 hours on low! Serve with couscous :D

Pork chops & salsa beans, one pot meal. Tomatoes, peppers, onions already in salsa, baked beans also with onions, Mexicorn all in recipe--no need for a side other than bread! And yes, the roast beef sammy from yesterday was THE BOMB, Faye. I like a lot of variety in my diet, but I think I could eat that several times a week!
