Had the best stuffed peppers yet. With corn and coleslaw. Yum, yum.

Tonight is clean out the fridge Chinese salad which includes lettuce, raddichio, shredded carrots, scallions, red onion, water chestnuts, snow peas, cooked white rice with toasted sesame seeds, and a bit of chopped leftover turkey breast.

The dressing is fresh ginger and garlic, frozen OJ concentrate, honey, tamari, rice vinegar, vegetable oil, and sesame oil.

We had cube steak (B1G1 at HT through today) w/onions, corn and peas on the side with bisquits last night. Tonight I think it is going to be hot italian sausage (also B1G1 through tonight at HT) in sauce (bought B2G3 a while back) over ravioli (B1G1 throught tonight at HT). If not that we might do breakfast (I bought some ham and cheese on sale at HT) omelets.

Roast beef sandwich (roast beef cooked the way I learned on this blog!) on toasted bread using the onions cooked with it, provolone cheese, and mayo. Hmmmm....some kind of veggie on the side. Sandwich will be dipped, bite by bite, into juice from cooking roast.

Teriyaki chicken with noodles, steamed cabbage, onions, and carrots. It's our version of Sarque,9I think that's the name), a lttle diner found in the food court of Crab Tree Valley Mall. Though, I like our homemade better.

Faye, I have to agree with Juanita. I love pasta also. Navy Mom, your cube steak sounds divine! I'm hungry!
