    I cook London Broil in the crockpot like a potroast and it is delish.

    wildfrenchrose-You can cook the London broil and then thinly slice it for roast beef sandwiches. I also use it for Philly steak subs. I make Indonesian rendang often with it as well. Let me know what the average size of the London broils are..thanks

    nakabi, I plan to go today, so I'll let you know tomorrow! Don't want mine ground, but will want them cut smaller...with only two of us (and one doesn't like leftover potroast, whioh is what I use it for), I need smaller cuts. Is there another way to use London Broil, other than as a big huge steak? I like my steak well done--can't do that with meat that thick....

    we are having southwest chicken(Fresh take for free) and corn on the cob, lima beans....lets hope the rain holds out so we can grill

    wildfrenchrose-I haven't had a chance to get to Carly C's yet. I'm planning on going tomorrow hopefully. I'll post what I find.

    Faye-I agree, Palermo's pizza is the best frozen pizza I think. I prefer thin crust as well.

    Nakabi - change of menu here as well. We had the DiGiorno's Pizzeria pizza last night because it ended up being a busier evening than I anticipated. The pizza was ok - but not like eating pizza from a pizzeria. The crust was too thick for me. I probably wont buy it again. We all prefer Palermo's.

    So, tonight we are having slow cooker Italian chicken (that I am about to throw in the crock pot) served on the spaghetti and pasta sauce I had planned to have with chicken parm last night. Side of Sister Shubert rolls and a green salad.

    I have some herbs, apples, lemons, and veggies that need to be used, so I'll probably mix them with bulgar and make a tabouleh-ish salad. Parsley, mint, asparagus, carrots, spinach, apples. I'll do an olive oil and lemon dressing. Serving with chicken that I finally remembered to defrost. :)

    Jennie-O frozen turkey burgers (1/2 price @ HT earlier this week + coupon) on the griddler with frozen leftover buns, and topped with guacamole (sale @ HT earlier this week + coupon). I still need to come up with a side - we usually do sweet potato fries with turkey burgers.

    I want chili but since I forgot to take out the meat, and dinner needs to be done by 2:00 today (hubby works night shift) we will be having philly steak (BOGO at LF a while back) subs with mushrooms(1.49 at Kroger), peppers, onions, rolls(we use hot dog buns lol .99 at LF), and provolone cheese(2.49 for slices at HT a few weeks ago).
