    Thanks Kathy,
I do already make him chicken nuggets in the fryer as well as mac and cheese with extra butter and whole milk and green beans are his favorite! The good thing is kids will eat the same thing over and over!

We are on a heart healthy diet so tonight we had pork tenderloin & field peas cooked in the crock pots w/steamed veggies. Tomorrow night is tacos. I'm using ground turkey, lowfat cheese, & fat free sour cream.

babylacy how about making your own chicken nuggets either in a deep fryer or pan fry, mac & cheese and canned green beans. Most kids like these items.

I spread the dough out and then put a little sauce on it (not too much because it will run out). Then I usually use some ricotta and mozzarella cheese and what ever topping we have on hand. Today it was meatballs and onions and I added pepperoni to one for my husband. I usually sprinkle a little garlic powder and oregano in it also. Then I fold the long sides over and roll up the ends. I rub some olive oil on the top before i make it in the oven for about 20-25 minutes. We usually make three individual ones so we can all put our own toppings in and then I make a small cheese pizza for my 4 year old who isn't in to calzones yet!
