Posted October 31, 2013

Here's the place to share your meal ideas for the evening, post where you bought the ingredients frugally and even share a recipe if you would like. If you need some inspiration for your own dinner tonight, this may give you some helpful ideas for what to make with all the great deals you have bought on sale recently.

What's on your menu tonight? Are you making any Halloween themed food tonight?

Fun!!! And we're being rather boring for Halloween (barely just bought a few bags of candy lol!) Tonight we're making my Twice Baked Pot Roast Potatoes, with the leftover shredded pork from last night.

Such cute Halloween meals! I plan to make cupcakes today with orange cream cheese frosting.

For dinner we are having southwest breakfast roll-ups with eggs, turkey bacon, cheese, onions and green peppers and Wholly Guac Avocado Verde salsa on the side. I had planned to have eggs on Tuesday but had pizza instead so tonight is egg night. Sides of apple slices and cupcakes! :-)

I am making Mummy dogs, simply fries, and fruit. The Mummy dogs are strips of crescent dough wrapped around hot dogs and baked. For dessert, chocolate pudding cups layered with oreo crumbs and topped with a cool whip ghost with mini chocolate chip eyes.

Ghoulash....for my little ghouls :) I make this using elbow macaroni (free at HT) pasta sauce (free at HT) seasoned meat, and cheeze (b2g3 free), and I will pick up some good bakery bread from HT when I go this afternoon! Happy Halloween everybody!!
