Spiral honey glazed ham, mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, rolls, stuffing, apple cranberry relish. Pumpkin and chocolate chess pie for dessert. That sounds like a lot. I better get cooking. Merry Christmas everyone!

All of your meals sound wonderful! Thank you for sharing them.

Yum on the homemade carrot cake, ybaverage2003!

Stephanie - we always go out to eat with my dad on either Christmas Eve or Christmas Day as well. I usually get shrimp and mushroom. :-)

Jdouglas - wow on the lobster and filet mignon! Enjoy!

Stephanie, your key lime pie sounds wonderful!

YBAverage, I'm a tiny bit jealous that your families are close enough to celebrate with all of them. Enjoy that special time!

This year it is DW & I since I was up at my Dad's a few weeks ago. Tonight we thought it would be fun to have apps for dinner. In fact, we've decided to make this our new Christmas Eve tradition. Tomorrow is surf & turf (lobster tail and filet mignon), mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and birthday cake for my Mom.

Wishing everyone a very happy holiday!

Not sure about dinner tonight, yet. DH and I started a new tradition when we became a family 16 years ago, dinner at a Chinese restaurant on Christmas eve. Not sure if we'll trek across town to do that this afternoon/evening or not.

Christmas dinner is lasagna in the crock pot, salad, crescent rolls, and key lime pie for dessert. Yum!

Tonight is dinner at the in laws. Tomorrow we are doing brunch with a standing rib roast, mashed potatoes, yellow squash, green beans, salad, dinner rolls. Homemade carrot cake for dessert :) Then on to dinner with my folks...I believe ham is on the menu. Merry Christmas to all !!!
