ascherer - WoW! Let us know how much that watermelon weighs. How awesome!

Tonight is turkey in gravy (I found in Momma's freezer) over toast with a side of carrot sticks and grapes.

I have a watermelon ready to bring in from Momma's garden. I'll have to weigh it once I get it inside. It is too large for me to bring in by myself.

Tonight is mowing grass night (again). So most likely I won't have time for supper. Faye, the egg, cheese & veggie casserole sounds really good. I'll have to try that. Thanks for the recipe.

Tonight we are having cod, brown rice and sauteed zucchini and onions.

Lunch is the leftover egg, cheese and veggie breakfast casserole I made last night. I used a recipe that called for whole milk whipping cream instead of milk and even though I only used 1/2 cup (the recipe calls for 1 cup) it was fantastic! Basically I made the Breakfast Casserole recipe in the WRAL recipe database and added 1/2 cup whole whipping cream to it. It is so creamy and delicious. Is it lunch time yet? lol

    Happy Thursday!
