I think tonight is my old stand by - turkey hotdog! Fast, cheap and good.

Ascherer - I have a good pasta salad recipe. Boil tri color pasta, drain and put in a bowl. Mix in a large green pepper (cut up into bite size pieces), two-three roma tomatoes cut up, one red onion (or vidalia this time of year), one to two cucumbers, one bottle of McCormick's Salad Supreme, oil & vinegar (I normally use about 1/4 cup of each but you can add more if it's kind of dry). The more it sits, the better it tastes.

Tonight is a beef noodle casserole I found in Momma's freezer. We will have that with some sort of veggie. We made creamed corn last night from some ears I picked up at a road side stand. It was really good and surprisingly easy.

Does anyone have a recipe for a good pasta salad? Momma mentioned that she would like some and it is something I rarely make.

Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I appreciate it.

No! Just kidding, but I have no idea what we're having. It's another extra long day of medical stuff here. Maybe breakfast for dinner or egg salad sandwiches to start making a dent on the 4 dozen eggs in the fridge. ;)
