barbiedoll1967 & aerogirl2084 - no real recipe needed. I took the advice of someone else here on the blog last week and bought a tikka masala sauce from the grocery store. I will cut up fresh chicken breast into cubes and marinate it for an hour or so in the sauce in the fridge. and then cook in the skillet for about 20 - 30 min. I'll probably add more fresh garlic and maybe some extra plain Greek yogurt if it's not creamy enough for me. Nobody was home for dinner tonight so it's on the menu for this weekend, probably Sunday.

I agree, the tikka masala does sound good--something I would like to try, and I may even be able to convince my husband to try it too (let's just say he's not the most adventurous eater, but I definitely am :).

This cook is taking the night off, since the NFL draft starts tonight, and hubby has been looking forward to it all week--we agreed last night on takeout for tonight--yay!

Faye, it sounds delicious. If you have time, please share the recipe. Thanks!

barbiedoll1967 - I am on an Indian food kick lately and I love this dish. It's basically a creamy tomato and yogurt curry. You can make it as spicy or not spicy as you want. I make it with chicken breast but I have seen some recipes using thighs.

raesmom1612 - Have a great time at dinner tonight!

lindabates - your chicken and stuffing sounds yummy! It's always fun to make favorites the kids love.

Twinredheads - the grilled bell peppers sound great. I'm attending the Durham Bulls game tonight. I signed up through Chick-Fil-A and got 2 free tickets, food and a t-shirt. Looking forward to the game.
