jdouglas13 - I do have plenty of eggs left. the noodle kugel with cherries sounds interesting. I like fresh cherries but I don't really like them in other dishes so not sure I would put them in a kugel.

Gator Girll - I bet that chicken, ricotta and spinach dish was great! That's a good combo.

Tater tot casserole. Made it in the oven instead of the Crockpot this time. Turned out better than I anticipated.

OMG I just thought of this -- cherry noodle kugel. Yum!!

Gator Girll, the cherries have been so good this year! I plan to get a lot this week, pit, and freeze them. We love cherry pie, but the canned pie filling, not so much. Your chicken dish sounds really good! Let us know what you thought of it.

Meredith, did you get any ideas?

Faye, your breakfast for dinner sounds delicious and healthy. Do you still have a lot of eggs left? I thought of you when I saw the Carlie C deal. Wow!! The flank steak was a very rare treat. I really enjoy them, but they are so expensive that I only get them once every 5 years or so LOL.

Tonight I'm going to make a recipe I found on FB. Chicken breast stuffed with a mixture of ricotta cheese and spinach. Probably green beans on the side and maybe a roasted potato.

JDOUGLAS - I'm a nut for cherries and I've been snacking on them all week.

Tonight we are having spinach, mushroom and cheese omelets, turkey bacon, ciabatta toast (eggs from Walgreens last week for .99/dozen, turkey bacon from HT sale last week) and fruit salad with fruit I picked up at Aldi this morning.

jdouglas13 - your steak and asparagus dinner sounds delicious!

meredith88 - good luck with finding your dinner muse. :-)

Last night I was able to grill the flank steak that I had gotten on sale a while back at HT. I had it marinating in a mixture of EVOO, soy sauce, and worcestershire since Monday night (it was frozen). Sooooo good! Sides of grilled asparagus (Aldi), Caesar salad, and three-cheese semolina bread from prior HT sale.

Tonight is leftover meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and probably more asparagus. Cherries for dessert. :)

I actually have no idea what to make for supper tonight. Just me tonight. I was hoping to gain inspiration from other's posts but I guess it's too early for dinner talk ;-) I'll check back in a few hours and hopefully get some ideas.
