Kathy S.- I'd try the one with the larger triangles. They're all a bit different, so also maybe do a search for your brand's manual online.

RaleighFoodBlogger which blade would you use to make curly fries. I tried the flat blade and it made it too thin. Came out more like potato chips. Was very disappointed. I can't find my instruction book on the model I have.

Everyone's menus sound so good today. It's hard to choose where I want to invite myself to dinner! ;)

Last night we ended up having tuna salad sandwiches with arugula from the garden on the rye bread I made over the weekend, and a side of caprese salad. DW ate 3 different kinds of veg without even noticing.

Tonight is old faithful, M&C with broccoli on the side. HT had broccoli crowns for $1.99. I really miss the $1.50 price they had all summer. Three little crowns were like $3+. I may post something on their FB page about how much I miss the old price. Can't hurt!

We're having salad, barbecued chicken, mashed potatoes, and sautéed zucchini with onions. The veggies are from a neighborhood produce share.

Faye- they are so awesome! I ended up buying a Paderno Spiral Vegetable Spiral from Amazon ($35) because it has many options for shapes, etc. (I love it, btw!) But, you can find much less hand held spiralizers around $10. I highly recommend them. And once you get one, here is a website that has the best recipes- inspiralized.com I love that she uses many types of veggies, not just zucchini! It's the best gadget I've bought in years, and the cost has been worth it in making eating veggies even more fun.

GranOFTwenty - Double YUM on your homemade stuffing!!

RFB - Zoodles sound so healthy and delicious. I really need to find the spiral thingy to make them. Where did you get yours and what is it really called? I know you have already shared this info in the past but I cannot for the life of me remember.
