RaleighFoodBlogger & cdavismk1 - both of your marinades sound wonderful. Thank you for posting the ingredients!

trichardson0621 - I usually cook London Broil in the slow cooker on low for 8+ hours and it turns out tender every time.

Faye- lol! The flank steak has rosemary, oregano, marjoram, garlic, red pepper flakes and paprika. You can use either fresh or dried (I'm using dried as I only have fresh mint and dill currently on hand :-)

CDAVISMK1- your marinade sounds delicious, too! Love anything with soy sauce!

Soy sauce, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, tad of ketchup, olive oil and fresh lemon juice!!

CDAVISMK1- what do you marinate your broil in- I tried one several weeks ago- and it was TOUGH!!

Well it's marinated London broil on the grill, with red potatoes, onions and mushrooms, oh, and corn on the cob!!

Breakfast for dinner is sounding so good... but, I've got a marinated flank steak I need to grill up. And I think we'll do roasted asparagus, Brussels sprouts, red onions and new potatoes on the side.

Garnertoy - Where are you from? The eggs, rice and country ham sounds really southern but I am not familiar with rice being included. I was born in SC and raised in SC & NC. A good country ham biscuit is right up there with a tomato sandwich are little slices of heaven to me. What time is dinner?

No clue about tonight's dinner. DH has a 7 pm softball game. There is not much to eat in the house (outside of eggs and bacon) and I know I will not make it to the store today. I think I am now seeing breakfast on our menu too.
