Tonight we had rice and beans with BBQ chicken drumsticks in the oven with packing boxes and painting walls on the side lol. Little by little we are getting this house together and Rae has been a great help with"painting" and packing :) We will be outta here in no time!! (fingers crossed)

Tonight will be the stuffed pepper casserole that was supposed to be last night. I ended up being on my own again for dinner which meant leftovers. I am going to try adding something else into it to moisten it up so we'll see how it turns out.

jdouglas13 my oldest is a professional picker-outer. lol Or she just won't eat any of the pasta....

    Enjoy your mystery Caeser salad.

Faye mix the spinach onto the pasta and it will be hard to pick out. I do this with DW all the time. Sounds really good!

Tonight is caesar salad and? I still have peppers and eggplant to use up. I have some fried chicken left. Athough I cooked enough for 2 nights, it was so good we were scoffing it down. I would really like some pasta.

Tonight we are having the leftover Tuscan chicken breasts I made yesterday in the slow cooker. They were delicious. I think I will serve them on alfredo pasta with a side of sauteed fresh spinach in garlic and a touch of EVOO. The girls will probably want a side of watermelon instead of the spinach. lol

JustMe83 - that is an awesome menu for your husbands' b-day!

RFB - good for you! And I am thinking of you during moving week. Hang in there!

Justme83- your hubby's birthday dinner sounds delicious! Love the confetti cakes.

And we're just rolling along on our moving week menu. I ALMOST got tempted with the Carabba's coupon tonight... but will do the pasta w/broccoli and continue to be frugal and more healthy tonight :) And glad to see it goes for a couple of months!
