Nanee Lion - Did you get the onion rings? :-) Enjoy your book!

Once again we did not have the hot dogs. I had a turkey sandwich and my youngest had a steak sandwich. Guess we'll shoot for tomorrow night. I do love the freedom of summer meals, though, even if it seems a bit chaotic at times.

Dinner was wonderful and I am sooooooooooo full. Now where is that good book I was going to read!!

RFB, I did try the mozzarella, and went back for 3 more! :) Thanks so much for the tip on these. I wouldn't say they are quite like what you'd buy at Whole Foods, but they were really quite good and not too salty. I'm sorry I didn't get some more for the freezer.

Tonight I'm going to bake a couple of chicken breasts, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green bean amandine.

Nanee Lion - you are so sweet to share your bounty with so many others. Enjoy your onion rings tonight! ;-)

And the countdown is on for Holly's baby - she's due today! If you are still reading the blog and not busy having contractions, GOOD LUCK HOLLY! :-)

I'm glad you went Faye. I agree about the onion rings. Also you should try the chicken finger sandwich. It is great! Did you see Chrystal (usually at the register)? They have been crazy busy since they returned from their New York vacation in July. Everyone was ready for a hotdog. Larry has not had one of their hotdogs since before October so we are looking forward to it. Not healthy but he is doing better and can eat what he wants now. We may even order those onion rings too.

Thanks for all you do for us. You have a great ministry in helping others and you will probably never know how many lives you have touched. This a great sale and I have been able to share a lot of ideas I have purchased with the elderly friends and Clayton Area Ministers. Love he idea about the filling the bus for the food bank. We should do something like that for Clayton Area Ministers (CAM). I'm sure they could use all the food they can get to feed people. Thanks again and keep going to Jones!

Nanee Lion - did I tell you we went to their restaurant a couple months ago? The onion rings were amazing!! Great small town atmosphere as well.

Tonight it's the Hebrew National 97% fat free beef hot dogs since we did not have them the other night as planned. Sides of pasta salad and green beans.

RFB - I am all for less dishes!

Jdouglas- I'm hoping it's good, and grateful my DH has been asking for more and more meatless meals (honestly, more so at this point due to less dishes than the health aspects lol!) Have you tried the mozzarella yet? Interested to hear your thought of it.

I think we are going to have a Caesar salad tonight with shrimp, Caprese salad with the B1G2 mozzarella from HT this past week, and garlic bread with the free baguette from SD.

RFB, your stuffed squash sounds really good. I think if it were just me, I'd eat that way all the time.
