Tonight's dinner is going to be the leftover chicken from the other night which I may turn into chicken and biscuit-style dumplings. Some one mentioned chicken and dumplings on the blog not too long ago, and I can't get it out of my head. I may try my hand at dumplings from scratch. I usually just use Bisquick.

STASAN1- I'm so glad, let me know how you like them!

Faye- yum, conch fritters sound amazing! And I agree... very interesting family. I didn't get the Michael Pollan connection until the cookbook came out :-)

RFB - It's interesting to read about the Pollan family including Tracy's sisters and mom on their blog.

Tonight we are having fettucini alfredo with leftover shrimp and veggies from last night. And more watermelon. :-)

    garnertoy - Awesome plan tonight!

RFB - The fritters do look good! One of my favorite foods when I was a kid in Florida was conch fritters. They would be great with that yogurt sauce.

RFB those white bean fritters did not sound so good then I looked at the web site and they look amazing! Thanks for sharing! I will make!

Tonight it's baked salmon with salt pepper, fresh dill and orange slices, brown rice/quinoa mix and broccoli.

Leftover Meat Sauce over Sweet Potatoes with some kind of veggie.

And for lunch... White Bean Fritters with a Yogurt Sauce. Just got this recipe in my inbox. If you haven't gone to pollanfamilytable.com yet, I highly recommend. They have really great recipes. And I hope to get their cookbook in the future. Love that they talk about the Mediterranean Diet and the power of beans, today :-)
