RaleighFoodBlogger - any luck finding a house? It is exhausting!

Tonight we had take out sushi. It's what the girls wanted as their "survived another year of school" dinner! lol

And ummmm.....you all forgot to pick me up on the way to dinner..... ;-)

OK, I'm in on the caravan too! And Faye- I'm with you on the nap... no one said house hunting was easy (although I think you take the prize... 2 hours?!) My poor car has travelled more miles in the last 2 weeks than in the last year :-)

Tonight we're having shrimp with roasted Brussels and asparagus.

Jdouglas- if you see this, sending some hugs your way. Hope your DW is feeling better!

stasan1 - that mango chicken you made sounds fabulous!

You can all pick me upon the way to the dinner caravan tonight! Baked ziti, deviled eggs, strawberry pie - count me in! After the 2 hour awards ceremony at the middle school this morning, I can't begin to think about dinner. I just need a nap! I wish!

We are either having leftover beef stew from last night or going out to dinner to celebrate the end of the school year (YAY!!!!!!!). Not sure yet.

Easy day today but I want to eat at Garnertoy's house too! Making Tomato soup and BLT's with the first of our garden grown tomatoes. BTW somebody here last week mentioned Mango Chicken in the crockpot. OMG, I did not know what to do to make it but I went to Food Lion, and brought their brand of salsa (Mango Peach $1.59) and I poured it over 4 large chicken breasts in the crockpot and cooked on low for about 9 hrs (was done at about 8 I think) and it made the BEST chicken tacos ever. I took it out and shredded with 2 forks and made taco shells with corn tortillas. SO EASY. So I thank whoever that was who mentioned it!
