Yummy dinners everyone! Losltp, I think yours is my fave too! Please post your recipe for the chicken and dumplings. :)

We were out for a long time today with stops at the Dr. for DW, a bridal shop, Home Depot and Krispy Kreme. Clearly I didn't see the memo on 1/2 price until it was too late!

So, I just woke up from a late afternoon nap and dinner will be Caesar salad with shrimp with lettuce and dressing I have ready to go from last night.

Tonight is pizza night in our household too. Toppings include green pepper, onion, pepperoni, ham, mushrooms, and lots of cheese.

Raesmom - I know you and Rae will have a wonderful time skating with Olaf.

Losltp - can you post your recipe for chicken and dumplings?

losltp - I will be right there helping Nakabi and Barbiedoll wash dishes after the chicken and dumplings! :-)

Nakabi - your chili and cornbread sounds wonderful! I'll come wash your dishes, too! lol

lostlp-dishes are a small price to pay for some yummy chicken and dumplings; 7pm works for me!
    faye-brrrrr sounds fun but COLD!
Raesmom-you and Rae will have loads of fun! Princess Fiona would have a blast with Rae!
Tonight I'm making chicken chilli and jalepeno cornbread. GF brownies and vanilla ice creme for dessert for the family. Cut up pineapple for me.

LOSLTP - I love chicken and dumplings! And I don't mind washing dishes.

Raesmom1612 - I'm sure Rae will have a fantastic time as well as Mom! It sounds like fun to me.

    I'm having leftover lasagna (YUM!).

dinner is at 7 pm ! all welcome - can you wash dishes??

  • raesmom1612 Dec 11, 2014

LOL Faye......this one is roller skating not ice skating.....although roller skating may be a lot easier and safer (and warmer lol) I actually prefer ice skating, I guess thats the only "up north" I have left in my bones hahahaha

Although Rae loves Princess Anna and Elsa.....everytime she sees them she always asks "Wheres Olaf?" so she will be excited to see him!!

losltp - Just let us know what time to come for dinner! Perfect night for chicken & dumplings.

Actually, I will be standing out in the cold watching my trumpet player in the Smithfield Christmas parade this evening. They are combining ALL the Johnston County HS marching bands for a giant 600 person band for the parade. It should be mighty impressive. And cold. Did I mention cold?
