I didn't decide what to make until I started cooking. I made a quesadilla. Tortillas from a HT sale a few months ago. Cheese from the last B2G3 sale at HT. I added some left over ground beef that was already cooked, onions, peppers, mushrooms and roasted corn from our garden. It was delicious and there was enough of the filling mix leftover for my husband and I to make them again when he is home.

We had grilled chicken tacos with Tysons precooked strips and Simply Potatoes diced southwest potatoes. Quick & easy. Had back to school night here :) All bought with coupons I might add! ;)

tfpace-yes, like Faye said, capsicums are bell peppers. Makes me wonder what other words I use that aren't "American" LOL

Slow cooked boneless pork ribs (using my frozen meat items), fresh corn on the cob, green beans, cauliflower, and sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, and maybe cornbread (depends on whether the hubby wants it tonight). Stay cool on this hot August day!
