Thanks Faye and barbiedoll1967! And yes, I really need to cook for you all some time! :-)

Tonight we ended up having chicken tacos at the request of my youngest. We also had broccoli slaw and grapes on the side. I had all the ingredients on hand so it worked out well. We'll have the breakfast for dinner meal I had planned for tonight sometime this weekend. FYI - the black seedless grapes on sale for .99/lb at HT this week are delicious!

Nakabi - very interesting on the bees. Love fresh honey, though.

RFB - CONGRATS on your mid-term!! I will be happy to serve as the third-string taste tester since Raesmom and barbiedoll1967 are already lined up. ;-)

Homemade chicken tenders with tator tots and steamed broccoli. If I get really motivated, I might do a cheesy potato casserole instead using the tator tots.

Burgers...side of fries maybe? I prefer them homemade but not sure how much time I'll have. Football season is in full gear which means weird meal times for us.

I'm having salad that I packed for lunch and left in my refrigerator at home this morning! LOL. Congrats RaleighFoodBlogger on your mid-term exam. I'm available for test testing as well!!

Raesmom- thank you! This is one of the most challenging, yet amazing things I've ever done :-) And good luck on your trip, whenever it is!

Congrats on your 97% RFB!! You know im still available to taste test if you need me :) I love those bananas too, Rae loves mashing them up to make the bread and pushing the button on the chopper to crush the nuts.

Dont feel bad, I went to HT yesterday with NO coupons in hand!! I was feeling so bad I just went to get some fresh made soup (the crab and corn chowder is amazing!!). I am going to try to make a trip on my lunch break, but i think the fam wants to come visit so i may have to wait until after work or tomorrow (yikes! lol) Hoping for some good match ups as well for friday :)

Raesmom- LOL! Great minds think alike... at least about food :-) I love the markdown bananas there!!!

And I have got to get to SD :-( I had a huge mid-term yesterday that I had to study for (got 97%!!), but think I'll go in the AM, and hope some Friday deals will match up for even more savings! :-)

RFB~I pulled out some pizza dough b*lls last night too. Im thinking Rae, my little BIL and I can make our own pizza's tonight. Gonna run to HT and do my first SD's trip and get some pepperoni, sausgae and veggies as well as some cheese and pizza is whats for dinner :) I picked up a bag of reduced priced bananas at HT yesterday too (almost ripe enough for banana bread).........are you watching me??? LOL

Nakabi- that is so cool! Bees scare me, but luckily I'm not allergic to them!

Tonight we're making pizza with our pick of toppings (I'm doing corn, cilantro and red onion) and we're also making some banana bread. Can't wait to see how both these turn out using only a dehydrator... and raw (they consider things raw under 118 degrees!)
