4NON - I just saw that your husband's grandfather passed away. My condolences to your whole family. You are all in my thoughts during this tough time.

Thanks for the kind words. I decided on homemade nachos!

4NON- I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm with Raesmom on the chili. I use white beans, chicken broth, ground turkey, poultry seasoning a can of tomatoes and chopped cilantro. Really easy, but good.

4non I am very sorry about your husband's grandfather !

How about salisbury steak, mashed potaoes , and a green veggie of choice .
or meatballs ( with turkey or chicken , I substitute stuffing for the bread crumbs and use warmed cranberry sauce as one of your dipping sauces ), sweet potatoes your favorite way and a green veggie ( I like peas with this or a tossed salad) .

4non~im so sorry for your hubbys loss. How about a meatloaf using the ground turkey with some mashed potatoes and veggies on the side, or tacos or chili? Praying for comfort for your family and your hubby's family.

I have no idea yet . Thinking comfort food as we just found out my husband's grandfather suddenly passed on. Anyone have some quick suggestions that involves ground turkey? Pasta and burgers are already marked off the list.

Nakabi, your dinner sounds so good! I'm getting a list together to grab those ingredients on my next shopping trip.

Leftover rosemary chicken with potatoes and carrots for us.

RFB, thanks for sharing the recipes. Always like trying new things.

Barbiedoll- here's the recipe... it's super easy and we love it :-)

    1 c. Greek yogurt
1 Tblsp. balsamic glaze (you can easily find this now by the balsamic vinegar or make your own)
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 Tblsp. chopped chives
Salt & pepper and any other seasonings you like- I used about 1 tsp. Parisien Bonnes Herbes from Penzeys
A few drops of hot sauce to taste

Mix it all up and serve.
