I know my Nana is on the other side LOL that people think her mince recipe is good (which is definitely is) because she was not known for her cooking hahaha. It's one of those things that's even better the second day.

RFB, your avocado sauce sounds really good and I think it would be perfect on sandwiches.

RFB - I am definitely going to try it! I bet it would be good instead of mayo on sandwiches.

Faye- yes, plain Greek yogurt. Hope you give it a try!

RFB - that really sounds easy. Did you use plain Greek nonfat yogurt?

So, the Avocado, Greek Yogurt Cilantro Sauce was fantastic... especially with the chunks of steak dipped in it. It was really easy... in a mini food processor add 1 peeled and seeded avocado, 1 garlic clove, 1/2 c. cilantro, 2 Tablespoons nonfat Greek yogurt, juice from 1 small lemon (mine were tiny- so maybe just 1/2 of a standard one), 1 Tablespoon olive oil, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Blend it all up, and if you want it thinner, add a bit more olive oil. Check for seasonings and adjust if needed.
