Due to DH softball game tonight, dinner has to be quick and easy. So I am cheating. It is soup and grilled cheese sandwiches. He will probably add a salad to his since he has to have more veggies than I do.

Nakabi love lamb. Where do you purchase your lamb chops? We normally buy whole shoulder at BJs and have them to break down.

That sounds totally delicious! I love tofu and asparagus and the combo of the 2 is fabulous! I will definitely look up a recipe. Thanks!

Mon Account- that's a great tip... that way I can try a smaller amount and see if we like it!

As an aside on Garam Masala - if you are near an Earth Fare or Whole Foods they should have it in the bulk spice section. It's very inexpensive and you can get as much as you need!

Tonight I'm using up some leftover basil to make an Orange Roasted Tofu and Asparagus bake. It's basically those, plus balsamic & miso - there are several recipes on the internet. Should be really good on a toasted almond pilaf. I've made it before and it knocked everyone's socks off!

Tonight we are having a baked omelet with turkey bacon, red peppers, onions and cheese. We are also having asparagus and La Brea pecan raisin bread on the side. My husband just had a piece of the bread (that I bought today for .49 at HT with coupon) and said it is amazing.

RFB - that sounds fun! Let us know if you get a link to the video so we can see it.

Good looking menus tonight everyone! Thanks for sharing.

Angel hair pasta with hot crumbled Italian sausage and diced tomato, touch of olive oil and garlic, onion, oregano. It's good served cold or heated up.

jdouglas- not yet, I'm actually doing a guest YouTube video for a chef out in LA using the recipe! I'll let you know when it comes out :-) And that steak salad sounds delicious!

What delicious menus today! RFB, do you have that recipe on your blog?

We grilled some London broil, asparagus, radicchio last night to be turned into steak salad tonight with some potato cakes on the side. Looking forward to it.

Nakabi- thanks! I saw it at HT today, but it was almost $6. I'll look for it at the Indian store... thanks for the suggestions!! :-) And your lamb chops sound fantastic!

We're going simple and doing my one-dish chicken, artichoke and tomato bake with some jasmine rice on the side.
