Nakabi - that is a great attitude to have. I was only on bedrest for 2 weeks with my first and it was more than enough. We are all thinking of you and excited for your little one to arrive healthy and happy!

The shrimp, pasta and broccoli dish was so good. I used the Classico portabella cremini mushroom pasta sauce and lots of extra garlic and broccoli. Yum. Now I need to work it off! Time for a walk. :-)

Everyone's menus sound so delicious. Careless, I really have to find some blackening seasoning to make your blackened shrimp/pasta alfredo dish. Sounds so good.

We were out doing a lot of errands this afternoon and I'm beat, so dinner is -- you guessed it! M&C with steamed broccoli. DW isn't real happy, but at least she doesn't have to cook it.

Hang in there, Nakabi, we are sending lots of love and prayers your way.

RFB-your soup sounds amazing and so do those shrimp dishes!!!

With all this beautiful weather I was feeling like something light so requested Mr. Nichols to make grilled shrimp marinated in a cilantro/lime mixture on top of butter lettuce, steamed asparagus, blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, harvarti cheese, and snow peas. Dressing of choice will be fresh lemon juice with a little S&P.
Faye- in response to your post a couple days ago, I'm doing well. I have to keep in mind that bed rest won't be forever and I need to take care of myself and ESPN. Thanks for checking on me :)
