PR- enjoy! :-) And yes... perfect for whatever is left over!!

RFB - thank you for the great easy directions for your twice baked potatoes! I planned on picking up Aldi's deal on baking potatoes this week and this sounds like a winner over the weekend for sure. Love the idea of tossing everything but the kitchen sink in the mix too - perfect way to use up 'bits and pieces' of leftovers!

Yes, they are made to order and so very deliciously fresh. The bread is awesome, wheat, white, cheese sub roll options - and all the items you want on it to choose from as well. Just beyond ANY sub shop sub we've ever bought at any price.

Jdouglas- oh yes! I forgot about that recipe. I think you'll like it... :-) Thanks!!

PR, I haven't tried the subs at HT. It sounds like they are made to order? That may be dinner tonight, especially if eventually you get one free! We may start having a dedicated sandwich night around here.

RFB, meant to add your asparagus soup sounds sooooo good. I love cream of asparagus soup, especially cold, with lots of cut-up asparagus in it.

Lemon chicken in the Crockpot using split chicken breasts I got for $.46 a pound at HT this week! Going to serve rice and broccoli on the side as I somehow have run out of the awesome asparagus that everyone else is serving. Will have to buy more I guess:)

I think I am going to cook up some Mrs. T's Pierogi's with some crumbled bacon - I bought a bunch from HT back when it was on sale - and cheese. I'll add to that some grilled asparagus from the LF sale and some cheesecake from the HT sale I picked up this last week.

Jdouglas & Carelesswhisper- thanks! Hope you give each a try :-)

Privilegesrevoked- Thanks for the heads up on the subs. My DH used to get them all the time when we lived in Cary. I love how you get the 5th or 6th free... can't remember now. We've only tried the roast beef (yum!) and will try the grilled chicken some time this week at that price!!!

Jdouglas - have you tried the HT fresh made subs yet? They're on special this week for $4.99 and a full size sub is a meal for two, easily! And they only use Boars Heads meats and they pack that sub FULL of meat! They will even heat the subs if you want.

I usually get the grilled chicken on mine and they cut up two chicken breasts for one sub! It's amazingly delicious, they get the chicken right from the deli counter.

RFB, your twice baked potatoes sounds good, and DW might even like them. They sound like a great way to sneak in some veggies, too.
