Pork tenderloin with herbes de provence on the grill, smashed red potatoes, and a bit of leftover baked cauliflower with breadcrumbs and parm supplemented with a few wedges of yellow squash.

Watermelon for dessert, again, for the foreseeable future. ;)

Carrot & Leek Soup that I made from leftover carrots and froze back in March and farm stand tomato & cheese bread.

Another great way to do peaches for dessert is grilled peaches. I tried it a few weeks ago and they were delicious! Cut the peach in half, remove the pit, heat the grill, lay peach halves cut side down for 5 minutes then flip for another 5 minutes. We drizzled a little honey on them while they were still warm and it tasted great!

Yes to whipped cream on baked peaches!

Thanks for the pot pie info. I know my husband would love it. Must put that on the menu very soon.

Oh and you could put a little whipped cream on it, but I like it without.

350 for about 20 minutes and they are really good.
