good old fashion spaghetti and meat sauce using ragu someone posted about at HT 2/$3 the big bottle, free muellers whole grain pasta (or maybe it was free barilla whole grain pasta), and ground beef. Cinnamon rolls for dessert.

Oh I was planning on making Beef Skewers, but upon reviewing recipes. The beef stew meat I bought needs to be slow cooked to be any good. Most everything else was frozen and I had a made scrabble to find out what I could throw together that my picky family will eat with out having to run by the store. Decided on Grilled Bacon and Cheese and Chicken noodle soup. The Beef Stew meat will go in the slow cooker and I'll give a tomato based pasta sauce a shot.

It was going to be baked chicken and rice. Hubby called who spends all day outside and asked for nothing warm. So tonight it is ham subs, cold pasta salad, and cold fresh fruit. We will save the baking for Sunday!

Fish sandwiches (finally using the last of all that fish I bought months ago HT BOGO) on sandwich thins, corn, garden salad. I need to lose ten pounds before my daughter's Oct. wedding...idea's welcome.

Thinking sesame chicken over rice. Not sure what veggie yet as I have to see what I have in the freezer at home. I'm thinking probably some broccoli.

I found a pack of boneless chicken marked down yesterday for $3.80 so I will be slicing it thin and cooking it with peppers/onions for chicken philly sandwiches
