Thanks y'all. Baby ziti is no longer a baby.....I guess she moves on to just plain old ziti now lol it was a great day (filled with cake) and now back to reality tomorrow again.

We had leftover pizza and cake for dinner today

Took advantage of the BWW free wings. $11 for 24 boneless wings is a good deal! Served with potato wedges and the carrots/celery that come with it.

ThomasG - nice to see you!

DW voted for Plan C: burgers (outside?? it's kind of chilly to be grilling!), gnocchi, French cut green beans. I'm sure The Princess will eat more of DW's green beans than my DW will. ;)

Another Happy Birthday to Baby Ziti !!!
Jdoulgas13- I vote for the peppers ! LOL
NUTTI - how do you like the electric pressure cooker ??
I want to get DW one that is approved for canning (it is annoying to drag out the BIG Canner for 2 or 3 jars of stuff )
FAMILY SUNDAY DINNER was roasted chickens/stuffing, baked sweet potatoes, asparagus and apple pie
    supper will be leftovers

Sheet pan dinner last night: roasted cauliflower with garlic, parm, breadcrumbs, Italian sausage, grape tomatoes from Aldi. Love the grape tomatoes and such a good price.

Still undecided for dinner tonight. Plan A is stuffed peppers with rice, ground chuck, mushrooms, spinach and grape tomatoes. Got all the veg from Aldi including the package of 3 peppers (red, orange, yellow) for $2.99. Plan B is some kind of soup using previously prepped and frozen chicken, chicken stock, and rolls on the side.

    Happy Birthday Baby Ziti!

    What's everyone else up to?

Tonight, in honor of the Chinese New Year, we're having teriyaki noodles with sesame, scallions and snow peas and a side of egg rolls.

Tomorrow I'm making chili with all the fixings and I'll use the leftovers to make nachos (with all the fixings) on Monday.

We've got the big party today for Rae so dinner will be leftover pizza snacks and cake from the party.

Tomorrow is baby ziti's actual bday so more cake for dinner :)

It was suppose to be crock pot bourbon chicken, but not enough time before work. So now it will be white chili chicken. (i hope) Fingers crossed 1st time trying chili in electric pressure cooker.

RaleighFoodBlogger - Thanks! Let us know what you think of the HT lobster crostini. It really sounds good. And I love the half price!
