It was kind of a lazy weekend for us. Other than a HT shop yesterday, we didn't have much going on.

Dinner last night was chicken corn chowder using the leftovers from a roast chicken earlier in the week, homemade biscuits on the side.

Tonight is going to be spaghetti and sausage. No bread, no salad, just a very sad looking, burnt pumpkin pie I made this afternoon. Hope it tastes better than it looks! :p

So I had enough courage to run to the grocery store with both children so I got stuff to make taco's for dinner tonight and the bbq sauce needed for the chicken tomorrow. Yay

Grilled Kielbasa on buns and curly fries/tater tots. Simple and not the healthiest but I figure if we do it rarely, it's all good :)

No idea what's for dinner tonight. Just the girls and I since DH is working late so I'm thinking on and I for Rae and tuna for me (forgot to pull meat out of the freezer this morning and it's a bit too late to do so now)

ascherer - I hope your dinner and your conversation with friends are both wonderful! Enjoy!

I am also going out to dinner tonight - although not sure where yet.

I have BBQ chicken cooking in the slow cooker right now to enjoy for dinner Sunday and Monday nights. Sunday we are having BBQ chicken sliders on sweet Hawaiian rolls with slaw. Monday's chicken creation remains to be seen. :-)

    Have a fabulous weekend everyone!!

Tonight is going to be a major splurge for us. We are going to dinner with a couple of friends to a really nice place. It will be wonderful. I see a pantry and freezer week starting on Monday.

    Happy weekend everyone.
