That's true about SB for shopping, Losltp. I haven't shopped through SB yet so I tend to forget that. Thanks for the reminder! :)

Faye and All the dishes sound wonderful - I will keep the restaurant in mind when we are in the Cary area and the recipes from RFB & Jdouglas !
My husband will not even let me say "Kim Che" after he was stationed in Hawaii !
JDOUGLAS13 - Don't forget you can earn Swagbucks on Petco online orders !
I don't know about how long you have to remain "signed -up " -I am going to explore more about the in a little while . If I find the answer I will let you know !

RFB - they did have brown sauce on it and it was delicious!

Jdouglas - the sesame chicken sounds great.

Thanks Losltp - yep - pets have to eat as well. lol

I used to make a sesame chicken that sounds similar to the Katsu technique. Flour, egg, plain breadcrumbs which lots of toasted sesame seeds added, and then pan fry. So good! I had forgotten about that recipe.

The M&C was really good and DW even ate some broccoli. ;)

I keep wondering if it's going to rain or not, so dinner remains a mystery. I thought about cooking out. If I do, it will probably be grilled chicken with some pesto. My basil plants are going crazy.

Thanks for the Petco tip, Losltp. That's actually pretty tempting, but we just got a 30 lb bag of dog food. They usually have free shipping, as well, for orders over $50. Stack in some Ebates too. I wonder how many orders you have to receive before you can cancel the subscription.

Faye- Katsu is so easy to make... just dip in flour, egg and panko... then fry! Or you can actually bake it too. Did they serve it with the brown sauce? That's my favorite- I order it on Amazon as it makes the dish (Bull Dog Sauce). And I wish I loved Kim-che, but it's not a favorite. Too bad as it's SO good for you!

RFB - when I saw the chicken katsu on the menu, I actually thought of you and your recipe. The breading on the flounder was delicious. He did not love the Kim-che, but he usually does not love it, so that is probably why. I only tasted the flounder, but the Kim-che looked good. And the flounder serving was very generous.

Raesmom - I bet Rae will be a fabulous big sister. Before you know it, she will be helping to make Baby S's food.

Faye that restaurant sounds yummy. Thanks for the info

Today Rae and I have a very busy day. Today is the "back to school service" at church so lots of kids and school supply giveaways going on. After church we have a birthday party to go to so dinner tonight will be whatever is served at the party. For dessert once we get home (if we aren't full of cake/cupcakes) will be the banana nut muffins that we finally made on Friday night. She had such a good time mixing everything and I can definitely see a difference.......there wasn't such a big baby isn't a baby anymore :/ Happy Sunday everyone!

Faye- thanks for the recommendation! I bet their chicken katsu is great too (one of my all time favorite dishes!) Can't wait to give it a try now that we're out that way! Oh, and too funny on the soup. I guess, living most of my life in CA, I've been so used to eating soup simply when it sounded good... since it was never soup weather there lol!

Jdouglas- how fun on all of your baking adventures. And that breakfast sandwich sounds so good... I'd have a hard time not getting one every day :-)
