Tonight was pretty basic we had oven baked chicken with one of my evic TGIFridays sides this one was loaded mac and cheese (pretty tasty) and corn on the side. I am trying to fight every temptation to make baked ziti as that is what is on the menu for Christmas. Rae and I made yellow cupcakes with Christmas sprinkles mixed in and a homemade cream cheese frosting for dessert. Looking forward to the short work week and time spent with my baby girl!!

jdouglas13 - sounds like a pretty normal menu to me. :-)

Tonight we are having Gourmet Buffet (aka clean out the fridge night) with choices including leftover sweet potatoes, mac & cheese, veggie pizza and chicken sausage as well as clementines.

Comfort food here tonight - M&C, chicken drumsticks, and some salad stuff I really need to use up. Kind of an odd menu, but it works for us.

    Happy weekend everyone. :)

Tonight is girls night/secret Santa gift exchange/birthday party all in one. So for DH I'm gonna put the Stouffers and garlic bread from last weeks HT meal deal in the oven served with the fresh express salad also from the meal deal and maybe some of the whole jar peanut butter cookies for dessert. Rae and I will have what's at the get together today :)

Tonight we're having Stir Fried Rice with the leftover pork tenderloin. And tomorrow we're going to do some kind of Asian shrimp dish with rice noodles and veggies.
