jdouglas13 - I am so sorry your mom had such a rough night. I'm glad she is doing better today, but I am sure it was a scary evening for all of you. Still keeping you all in my thoughts.

We pretty much skipped dinner last night because my Mom was rushed back to the hospital and was put in ICU. It was very touch and go, so no one had much of an appetite.

Thankfully, she is doing better today and is being safely cared for at the hospital. We're staying in because we're having a Nor'easter (a northern version of a cold hurricane, sometimes with snow). We'll be having a bone-in pork roast, roasted potatoes, and asparagus. I'm hoping there will be leftovers that Dad will eat.

spbrownsales - Thanks so much for coming to the class yesterday!

Each day, I post a daily thread (called What's For Dinner) for all of us to share what we are having that night for dinner. We often share where we got the items frugally and what the price was. Sometimes we share recipes.

If you go to the home page of the blog and look to the far right column where there are a number of resources listed, you will see a link to WRAL recipe database with many recipes for meals I have posted and meals from other WRAL segments (like Lisa and Brian's cooking segments).

Enjoyed your class yesterday! I thought under this section, you'd give us meal planning with recipes. Is there a section for that?
