    Tonight, we ended up having pork fried rice, and a huge salad (for me) with zucchini "noodles," red pepper, avocado, pea pods, fennel, sunflower seeds and an orange tahini dressing! Getting SO excited for tomorrow, as it looks like we're making chocolate truffles, specialty "cheeses", and maple pancakes. Yes, this is right up my alley! :-)

    RFB & Faye
    Your meals sound yummy and easy ! YOU both deserve it - the class sounds amazing RFB - is it too late to be on the taste-testers waiting list ??
    I am considering the chicken tomorrow ;
    pizza was Wednesday ( Free !) - I got caught in that horrible rain, had to smell the pizza without devouring it while I waited for rain to slack off so I could drive home !! lol
    Tonight is Roast Beef , mashed potatoes , and fresh green beans ( they have been so good this year from the grocery stores and produce stand !) .

    I ordered a pizza... yes a non-raw pizza :-) I'm exhausted, and am celebrating half way through my class (OK, and I couldn't bear the thought of any more dishes... although I had a lovely early lunch of those salads from that raw food produce challenge- delicious!)

    Faye- that sounds perfect! Rotisserie chickens are a lifesaver in our house!

    We are having a rotisserie chicken, rolls, Mahatma saffron rice, spinach salad and brownies with cream cheese frosting for dessert.
