I bought some carb friendly tortillas when they were on sale at HT a month ago, put them into the freezer thawed them in MicroW-came out as soft as if they were freshly made; used a rotisserie chicken (HT), cheese from the previous by 2get3 sale at HT, black beans from a previous HT sale, Sour Cream from HT sale and salsa from a b2get3 sale at HT a few wks ago. Took about 5 minutes to heat the beans added a bit of cumin and pepper to taste and Voila!

Faye, if everyone likes the same fillings in your pizza rolls, you can roll out the dough, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with italian seasonings and just start laying in all your ingredients, then roll it up (should fit end to end on a cookie sheet (lined of course for easy cleanup) and make three slight cuts in the top, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with italian seasonings and bake for 25-30 min in a 350 degree oven. Let it 'rest' for about 10 min then slice - easy peasey!
We usually have pepperoni (turkey variety), ground cooked sausage, provolone cheese, mozzie cheese, grilled peppers and onions. I've used chopped up left over grilled chicken as well, it's whatever I have handy.

Tonight is Taco night here. I got the kit on sale (Kroger buy 5 save $5). The hamburger is a 3# value pack that had a $1 off sticker on it. Tomatoes, lettuce, cheese (b2g3), and sour cream were all in the fridge. I will use the rest of the hamburger to make something later in the week.

jdouglas13 - that sounds like a delicious dinner!

Tonight the girls and hubby are having homemade pizza rolls (using an HT pizza crust ball). Never made them before but it seems easy enough. Cut into strips, stuff with filling, fold up, bake. I am having a veggie burger on a piece of rye bread. We are all having a side of roasted asparagus.....yum. :-)

Tonight is going to be a much anticipated Bell & Evans roasted chicken from the WF sale, either roasted fresh Brussels sprouts or roasted asparagus from the HT sale, and a wild rice blend from a very long ago sale.

And I started stocking back up on produce, so DW will be thrilled, I'm sure! :)

Tonight I believe I'll break open a couple boxes of the Barber stuffed chicken breasts and perhaps serve those with a yet-to-be-determined veggie side dish and salad. I'm taking the easy way out today - I'm tired LOL

Raesmom - thanks for the link! I had fun coming up with some sayings for the cookies today - amazing what's out on the internet LOL

Raesmom, LOL about being an escapee -- I was the only escapee as well. Sometimes Skype is just the perfect amount of closeness, but there are times when it would be nice to be able to see the family more often in person. PR, you dinner gatherings sound fun!

Tonight is leftover baked ziti, and roasted Italian sausage. I really need to get some produce in the house, but DW keeps telling me that we're fine as is. Hoping Clayton HT has some asparagus and at least a few of the SD deals left!
